| Principle of Liquid/Syrup/Oral Manufacturing Plant :- |
| |
| |
The Liquid Manufacturing Plants are ideal tools for the pharmaceutical industry and food industry for the production of Oral Liquids. All manufacturing activities are activated from the control room. Liquid manufacturing is a completely closed process, having minimal operator's physical involvement in materials additions. Transfer of material from vessel to another is through vacuum. These equipments are having on-line homogenizer. |
| |
|
| Liquid/Syrup/Oral Manufacturing Plant Consists of :- |
| |
| 1) |
Sugar syrup vessel. |
| 2) |
Online sugar syrup pre filter. |
| 3) |
Manufacturing vessel. |
| 4) |
Storage vessel. |
| 5) |
Vacuum system for transfer of sugar syrup. |
| 6) |

| |
|
| Features Include Following Details of Liquid/Syrup/Oral Manufacturing Plant :- |
| |
|
| 1) |
The plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, saving on precious man-power costs. |
|
| 2) |
Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling, designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel. |
|
| 3) |
Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through online sugar syrup pre filter by vacuum. Entries of all propeller agitators are from bottom through a specially designed cartridge mechanical seal. |
| |
| 4) |
The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over the conventional agitator is that there are no vibrations of shaft, no couplings in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost. |
|
| 5) |
Pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS 316, seamless, internally electro polished with DIN standard unions and silicon Gaskets. |
| |
| 6) |
Manholes of all the vessels are equipped with davit fitting and the cover of the manhole slides instead of being lifted. |
| |

|
| Zero Holdup Filter Press :- |
| |
|
| Efficient and Consistent Operation of Zero Holdup Filter Press :- |
| |
|
| |
The direction of liquid flow is pumped through the central channel of the cartridge from the bottom of the body. Suspended particles are retained on the filter media resting on the filter plates, clean filtrates emerges out from the side holes of the plates in the tank and comes out from the bottom outlet. |
| |
| |
Filter tank wall does not come in the contact of the liquids, hence remains clean. Cake filtrates and solids remain completely within the fully closed filter plate cartridge. The cake filtrates and solids remain totally within the fully closed filter plate cartridge. Complete recovery of the filtrate is possible by transitory air or inert gas through the bottom inlet to dry the cake and get clean empty tank. |
| |
|
| Technical Specification :- |
| 1) |
Model ZH. |
| 2) |

| |
|
| Salient Features of Zero Holdup Filter Press :- |
| |
|
| 1) |
Maintenance can be done without lifting the cartridge, only done has to be lifted. |
| 2) |
Fast and easy removal of filter plate cartridge for cleaning cake. |
| 3) |
Filtrate without scavenging operations. |
| 4) |
Liquid not remains between the tank and cartridge. |
| 5) |
Possibility of high working pressure. |
| 6) |
Uniform distribution of cake and filtrate. |
| |
|
| Inline Homogenizer :- |
| |
|
| Specification :- |
| |
To homogenize products like Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Food and Chemical, process like: dispersing, dilution, emulsifying, dissolving of low to high viscose product until 300.000 cps, product: skin lotion, hair color cream, toothed paste etc. with small doplets average 2 micron. |
| |
|
| Understanding Inline Homogenizer :- |
| |
In Inline agitation or Homogenizer system, the possibility of materials – Liquid or Solid passing through it, without subjected to intense hydraulic and mechanical shear actions is zero. Here suction pipe is centrally mounted and outlet is radially mounted, therefore it is physically impossible for any material to pass from inlet to outlet without exposed to agitation.
The machine is versatile and has completely revolutionized the traditional mixing techniques. Here close tolerance of rotor with the stator produces high hydraulic shearing and mechanical action that ensures that material entrapped between rotor and stator is subjected to tremendous shearing actions each minute.
